Shipment

For shipment we use UPS or courier at our discretion, they are usually shipped after receiving payment within 24 hours, Monday to Friday at 11:00

Saturday and Sunday no shipments will be made for orders received by Friday after 11:00. The purchase will be made on Monday, approximately 72 hours after sending the order and payment.

Delivery

The delivery will take place Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and no deliveries are made on public holidays.

Courier will deliver the products purchased to the delivery address indicated in the order and only in the countries listed in the registration list.

Under Article. 63 of the Consumption Code, any damage to the packaging or to the product must be immediately contested by you by affixing a written control reserve on the proof of delivery.
It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any objection, any disputes regarding the external features of the delivery will be refused.
In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you outside of the ones offered at the time of purchase, the risk of damage or loss of the shipment will be transferred to you at the time of delivery to the carrier, excluding any disputes regarding damages or loss of the shipment. In this case, any dispute must be addressed directly by you to the carrier.

Upon receipt of shipment

When receiving the package carefully check the integrity of the package,

must report to the courier who is delivering and write "REFUSED GOODS for damaged, broken, tampered, wet pack".

Upon receipt of the goods, even if the package does not present any kind of anomaly, it may exercise the right to write the phrase "SUBJECT TO EXPOSURE".

This allows you to verify that the products received are in accordance with the order.

Otherwise, the opportunity to enforce your rights in this regard will cease to exist.
